CLARENCE, N.Y. — Items of Brookfield Nation Membership’s previous are headed to the public sale block, because the Clarence non-public golf course preps for its $17 million growth and renovation mission.
Brookfield has employed Schultz Auctioneers to deal with the Oct. 4 occasion, set to start at 10 a.m. on the nation membership, 5120 Shimerville Street.
The public sale is a prelude to the membership’s building and renovation mission, which is slated to start later in October. The public sale was a part of a members-approved financing bundle for the $17 million mission.
